Only pro with CS5 within painting is that it live renders the canvas in openGL, resulting in better anti-aliasing, but its quite a bit more heavy when working with big canvases and being limited to 8gB of RAM.
I have licenses for PS/IR CS2, PS/IR/I/FLASH/DW CS3 and PS/IR CS5, but i still only use PS CS3 because its a lot more lightweight and because i don't even have CS2 installed.

Its not hard, only thing that actually requires work is the values, which are a bit off too. Otherwise its just a whole bunch of shapes and scribbles.
I knew someone years ago who made amazing art with MS Paint, it looked like some game screenshots... O:
