Do everyone a favour and take a screenshot of it from a local play of the anime you're posting since posting a shot of a stream is just plain stupid. I can assure you that you can go back countless times in this thread without finding a person blatantly post up a crap image without a decent reason for it.
It's too pixelated to be even worth trying to take a reasonable (and not just randomly listing any/every anime) guess at.

There's a difference between legibly guessing and just being an idiot posting "titles" that do not exist in the first place.
Ecchi to baka is not an anime title that even exists, seriously... do you have to spam the heck out of this Guujin?
Also simlarilen, your hint is very vague if best as there is literally hundreds of anime titles that are "very ecchi" as you have put it.
Make it something that'll make it easier to guess the anime especially given how horrible the screen quality is.

well.. i made this screenshot when i was watching the anime and i didnt edit it, if it is pixelated it is because the stream was just very bad quality.
