i haven't gotten around to reading the full ruling (it very long) but basically the most that has come of it as of now is a statement that ofcom can't "signficantly impede wikipedia operations" (paraphrasing). whatever ofcom's decision is (and the uk government's if wikipedia raises another challenge), i hope it doesn't result in censorship
