Offset -40ms as it's too delayed (not exaggerating, i actually tested it), and don't forget to enable "Snap objects to new timing"

Offset -20, if too much for you then bump it up by a bit, the notes are too delayed at default (Listened at 0.25x speed and analyzed the drums)

Cool map, imo offset=1558 is the correct one than offset=1576
Go to timing, set to 0.25x speed, and listen
For me the "bang" fits just right with that offset
