I would personaly watch out for any 1/4 patterns that you do like these for an example 00:44:699 (44699|1,44873|2) and this 01:05:162 (65162|1,65335|1,65682|1) might be too complicated for a newer player
03:02:647 (182647|3,182647|0,182647|1) - Has more than 2 notes for a chord in easy get rid of one note
02:58:139 (178139|0,178485|2,178485|1,178832|0,178832|2,179179|0,179179|1,179526|2,179526|0,179873|1,179873|0,180220|2,180220|1,180566|2,180566|0,180913|1,180913|2,181260|0,181260|1,181607|2,181607|0,181954|1,181954|0,182300|1,182300|2) - Consider puting these doubles to single notes to lower the strain needed for newer players.
There are a lot of missing sounds through out the chart you should represent each note in the song with a note in the chart.
Many cymbal/finishes in the song don't have a note to represent the sound.

Inconsistencies are prevalent. With snare sounds and other sounds being represented varyingly throughout the chart.
00:38:561, 00:39:061, 01:03:286, 01:31:802, 02:14:411, 02:33:614, 03:17:789 - All of these BPM changes are incorrect if these are to represent Kiai time (which most likely they are) swap them out with a Inherit Point instead and leave it 1.0 and then activate Kiai. Also snap the notes back over to the lines after doing this.
