Chop the SV into two parts:
01:02:717 (73,74,75) - would change this SV to 1.47 1.52 1.57 for example to ensure that it has the same visual compression as 01:02:402 (70,71,72) -
Same for 01:11:875 - , would do a 0.05 per note increase here.
