its is just me?, but i feels green combo color (combo 3) is really feels out of places when compared with this BG.
maybe trying to change it to new colors? or doing something like change a color tone to make it more comfy?
feels like the NC usage is a bit unnecessary, like in this example (Top): 00:01:716 (3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,1,2,3,4)

i think the hitsounder applied this hitsound on mania but forgot to set the sample to soft (its currently set to normal)
to resolve this -> ctrl a and changeto soft (other c1 c2 settings will remain unchanged)
i think your diff names are inconsistent because you have (e)xpert / (l)iar but (E)asy / (H)ard with capitalized first letters, you should fix it for consistency

i feel like the insane, expert, extra and top difficulties lack contrast
the first section (00:01:565 - 00:08:080) feels like it has higher spacing compared to the second section (00:47:777 - 01:08:080)
the chorus section should have higher spacing to match the intensity, and this adjustment could help with better playfield usage since the current one feels a bit stuck in the middle
