All diffs seems good enough for pushing and is ready I guess.
But all I concern is the spread between top diff and the Guest Insane diff.
you have 1-2 large jumps and high spacing usuage in the top diff.
but the Insane diff is using normal spacing across its diff (even similar to hard diff)
which may cause a unspected spread issue.
Would try to buff the part 01:42:494 - ~ 01:49:255 - for Insane diff.
or avoid 1-2 jumps spam in top diff with the same timestamp.

buffed the spacing from the section mentioned above.

there is many people around the world that still has 768/1080p resolution monitors, like me. i dont think we need to upscale the bg more than enough.

then how about someone having 2k monitor?
they will having a low quality display with their 2k monitor.
but u won't lose quality in 768/1080p resolution monitors by using 2K BG
anyway it is up to u.
