01:07:268-01:07:718 : For this kiai flash, I think moving the start to one of the vocals (either 01:07:118 or 01:07:418) feels more natural. Especially on the lower difficulties since some of them do not have a note mapped at 01:07:268.

No, I thought about that too, but when I tried a bunch of options, this one was the best. Also, this is the same moment as 01:02:468 and they are both 3/2. If you think 01:02:468 is okay, then 01:07:268 shouldn't be a problem
