actually no, would rather suggest a spinner starting at 00:20:031 - till 00:23:117 - for all diffs to add more score diversity (especially for platter, rain overdose since they have 0 spinners)

This would also make the unmapped part shorter

would suggest splitting the kiai into two separate kiais as 01:26:545 - 01:29:288 isn't as intense as the other parts in the kiai and will give more intensity if its spit into two.
