[Difficulty suggestions]
I think it'd be a good idea to maybe raise AR to 8.6 on the Insane difficulty.
Also I suggest upping the HP so it makes sense spread wise so maybe something like 6 on Shizuku's difficulty as well as raising the OD to 9.
[Hitsound issues]
I don't think that some of the active parts of the kiais are hitsounded properly for feedback. After testplaying and listening to the hitsounds I struggled to identify with what was being prioritized at certain parts and feel that there could definitely be more coverage hitsound wise. (They're mostly on the 2nd halves of the kiais)
with parts like 01:35:000 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) I think you wouldn't have an issue with these suggestions.
Some specific objects you should look at will be listed below with their specifications (each "-" stands for what kiai they belong to and I spaced them so this wouldn't be too cluttered) :

While I used timestamps for the instane- these apply where applicable (clickable objects) with Shizuku's difficulty.
combo colours 1, 3 and 4 are super dull and kinda like yucky flesh colours i reckon changing to like a nice cherry red colour and sky blue for 1 and 3 could be good dunno about a 4th colour but currently 3 and 4 are pppppppretty much the same colour so 3 colours seems to be the way 2 go
