tephe followed an unusual journey to stardom. They began by practicing the electric guitar early into the pandemic, then shifting towards production and composition for music inspired by VOCALOID artists like Jin, Surii, Tsumiki, and N-buna. Their first release Neppa was an immediate hit thanks to both tephe's supportive friends covering the song, along with the song's undeniable catchiness.
Given Neppa is a J-rock song that barely clocks in at a minute, anyone could've guessed that it would be a hit in osu! too. tephe's only problem is that they don't have enough music, with a tiny two-song discography to date. Expect to see more from them soon eventually.
