Fast forward 20 days, online offset +12 , :D . I had also noticed this but forgot to post.
yeah i talked to a QAT about it. i guess its better for some of the map but a majority of the 1/3 and 1/6 timings were compromised adding the +12. whatever works for you guys i guess lol
