This song brings back memories (not exactly good memories, though.) I remember sitting alone, on the bottom bunk of our little room, that my parents rented on this cruise ship (I know, I was a spoiled kid, okay?), wanting to escape, or forget where I was, at least for a little while, but as far as I could see, there was only the endless blue ocean waves, and the ship I was on, by comparison, felt so small, and I felt that I was trapped, as we sailed onward, for days at a time without seeing land, or having free wifi, (there was wifi onboard, but it was expensive, and my parents didn't wanna pay.) There was not much interesting things to do to pass the time, with most of the events being targeted at old people, so I would just leave my room twice a day to get food, which was a highlight of my day, to go outside for a bit, and be around people, and the food they served there was actually really tasty, and also healthy, with lots of fruits and cooked vegetables), I would go back to my room, and play the games that I had downloaded on my phone before this trip, and my most-played game during that time, was osu!stream. That game filled those empty hours with fun, saved me from boredom, and let me mentally escape form the ship that I was otherwise trapped on, and get lost in another world, at least temporarily, (thank you peppy, for making this game, and making all the beatmaps free to download, you made that trip a lot better than it otherwise would've been), and when I was finally able to get off that ship, after the long week of cruising finally ended, I was a changed man. I had gotten a taste of what it's like, and how much fun it was to click circles to really banger music, but at that point, after a week of playing this game, and not much else, the same songs that I've played so many times now (still havent gotten any expert mode passes, but now I kinda wanna go back and try it), were starting to get old, but it wasn't enough for me, and I wanted more. Long story short, this eventually led me to my osu! addiction a few months later, as I eventually downloaded the desktop game, making friends here, and being part of (what I think is) one of the coolest communities in the world, and I am 6 digit now, which I think is crazy, because I probably wouldn't even have tried this game if that did't happen. Now I kinda wanna go back and play osu!stream on my phone, just to see if now I can beat my previous scores, and finally complete an expert-mode level.
What do you call a joke that's repetitive? A joke that's repetitive. (disclaimer: this is not saying ieu's joke is repetitive, don't even fucking try that)
