Here is Melody, one of my favorites songs in DJMAX.
I hope Insane is not too hard.
Guests difficulties are accepted.

-You have 2 empty osb files in the folder, delete both of them
-Maximum allowed size for a background is 1024x768 (yours is 1365x768) resize it
-Your mp3 is 320kbps, either find a new one that is between 128-256kbps or check my sig.
-I would have the bpm the same on both difficulties (even if one is just doubled...idk if that matters for ranking)
-Make sure kiai time is the same on every difficulty
-Custom clap sounds nice with the song
-Odd place to end the maps, I would end them both at 02:23:295

Normal:
You seem to switch from having claps on red ticks to white ticks randomly, try and keep it consistent unless it really sounds good when changing
I suggest you map this using 1.0 spacing, 0.8 is odd for a Normal like this
Assuming this is going to be your easiest difficulty don't have jumps like 00:21:048 (3,4)
00:23:921 (8) - add note with clap
00:24:240 (9,1,2,3,4,1,2) - make the claps on the red ticks like the ones before it
00:44:029 (5,1) - same jump comment
00:55:520 (6) - move this away from under the other notes
00:59:350 (1) - extend by 1/4
01:12:756 (4,5) - same jump comment01:14:990 (7,1) - reduce size of jump if you don't want to get rid of it
01:30:630 - remove break and map it
01:42:759 (3) - new combo if you keep the jump on 1,2
01:53:611 (3) - clap doesn't sound good on blue tick
02:01:272 - remove break and map it (also having kiai time in break is odd)
02:02:548 (1) - extend to 02:06:698

I actually discovered that soft-hitclap2 and soft-hitclap (in Insane) sounds nice when changing ticks.
