Ok, I'll see if I can find anything

Easy.
Very intuitive. I even played it for the first time on hidden (a minor error, lol :3) and it felt great.

Normal.
00:24:74 (4,5,6) Spacing confused me over there, but It's not a great deal if you know the song.

Hard.
As easy, it's very intuitive. I loved it.
I only had problems reading 00:27:05's (1) after that spinner, but it may just be me.

Insane.
Sorry, I can't play like that yet.

General:

Add some tags. Edit - Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, could be one of the tags since its the anime its from.

Easy

Perfect!

Normal

00:11:94 (4) – This looks odd at this angle because it’s a smaller size than 00:10:26 (3) – I’d recommend putting 00:11:94 (4) – horizontally.

Apart from that minor point its perfect.

Hard

Perfection!

Insane

01:08:17 (5,6,7,8) – This is incredibly hard to hit, its also hard to see each individual slider.
01:09:01 (1) – I didn’t even realize this beat existed until I took it into editor, I’d recommend putting it on a returning slider.
01:26:42 (4,5,6,7,8,1) – I would have preferred if this was spaced a little further apart, but I was still able to hit it, so it’s fine.

I like the skin, like the maps, perfect use of hitsounds, I love it. Here is a well deserved star :D

I can 300 them easily :\

No problems, but i think more slider can be added or replace circle.

[normal]
00:43:416 (3) - It is more match the lyrics if you move it to 43:626 (delay1/2)

[Hard]
No problems, that's great O.o

Beatmap is all good but just one complaint.

The pointer and the spinners blend in too well, I think because of the glassy effect.

For small spinners like me, I try to spin as close to the center as possible. I focus all my attention on the center and spin the pointer's X almost right on the point of rotation. It's kind of hard to do that when I can't see the pointer or the center and I end up wasting about 1/2 a second getting my bearings.

Why did you have to fuck with how everything looks? Its completely annoying and unnecessary. Also" easy" should be changed to "super easy" and normal to "this is not normal".

1. Map is over 3 years old, things have changed since then...
2. There are other only my railgun maps, play those

DJPop is a well respected mapper, and now switched to o2mania mapping.
Wich, by the way, did an amazing job on the hitsounding and mapping of the new o2mania diffs.

I'm very new here so I hope this kind of critique is not considered offensive, but to me it looks like the "beats" definitely need to have a higher contrast to the colors in the background video to make it more confortable to play. And about the video, it shouldnt be hard to rip a better quality one.
I really hope this isnt taken as offense, I started osu! a few days ago and DJPop was one of the guys I downloaded most of the beatmaps he made because of how pleased I was while playing some by the same author.

This thread is pretty much dead since the beatmap is more than 5 years old. At this point I dont think anything will change.
If you're looking for higher quality Beatmaps you might want to check out some newer ones.
Also if you have trouble "reading" a Beatmap, turning off the video or setting Background dim to max should do the trick.
PS: if you find a higher quality Video you can try out editing in the video yourself, if you really want.

Thank you for the suggestions ChockLatte, I did end up finding another beatmap of the same song that I think is very good, it was made by a user named Kite in case someone else is looking for one.

I'm indeed considering starting to edit maps to improve on other old/dead maps of songs that I like and found these past few days, Osu! is huge fun...
