Open the .osu file in notepad either from your song folder or from the editor itself (under File), and copy/replace the following text to the [TimingPoints] section.

The timing isn't 100% perfect, but I got it as close as I could without any notes to follow along to. There was an older version of this song mapped, but it only had one bpm and was off. orz
