Get rid of the unnecessary timings
Try what I got-
BPM= 70 Offset= 3,984 (Soft Audio?)
BPM= 165 Offset= 21,579
Check "Inherit previous timing settings" at x0.5 at offset= 208,490
BPM= 165 Offset = 227,754
Use Distance snap and New Combo more, its really messy, stack your notes perfectly on top of each other better.
Try mixing hitsounds a bit, its really dull with no hitsounds.
It's a good start, nevertheless.
