Make sure to go through your beatmap to make sure everything snapped correctly and sounds okay.
You should lower the volume of your beatmap, the hit sounds are too loud.
[Easy]
In this difficulty, you would want to keep distance spacing consistant, since it's an easy. New players would get confused with the sudden change in spacing. Example: 00:07:272 (4,1)
00:10:524 through 00:18:167 - I'm not really liking how this looks, since it looks cluttered and messy.
[Normal]
00:19:467 (4) - You shouldn't do this for a normal difficulty. Doubling the BPM isn't a good idea on normal's.

[Hard]
This beatmap overall is just messy. It's so hard to see hit objects with the layering. And the circle size is rediculous. Lower circle size by one, Raise overall difficulty by ...at least 4. With these, this difficulty is more playable and easier to read.
[Insane]
This difficulty is just horrible. Those x2 sections on the sliders are quite horrible. I suggest a remap of this difficulty without those sections, smaller hit circles, and better hit circle placement. What I mean by better hit circle placement is actually have a pattern in the way you map. Make things have a pattern on the playfield and stop having things just randomly floating around. You should look up the mapping techniques here on the site, it would help you map.
