Making threads about your ban will only serve to irritate us more, likely extending the duration of your ban and adding a forum ban alongside it. Use the allocated thread and be patient.

If you absolutely must contact someone about your in-game ban privately for whatever reason, send a private message to any of the BAT/GMT (myself included) rather than making a thread about it here or anywhere else on the forums.

Also, any bans administered in-game are chat bans only - they have no influence on your ability to submit scores.

Also,

Don't make another account just to ask why you were banned.

You're only banned from the game chat room, not the forums.

This really should go without saying, but some people just don't get the hint or read the User Agreement when registering.

Also, if you actually did nothing wrong, it's possible that other people were doing something wrong enough to invoke the temporary ban of all IRC clients. This is always temporary and will disappear on its own in good time.
