i reinstall osu!
even upgrade .NET framework 3.5 to 4.
however it still cannot be opened
it says that ous! has problem, and should be closed.
what can i do now...

i have the same problem
after i update the new version , i can't running osu!.
when i uninstalled osu! and installed it again,i could open it.
But i update the new version, i can't open it.

If you use Windows Vista or 7 then try turning off a DEP for osu!

i also deleted the file "zh",and i could open it.

i dont have any "zh" file and cant open osu too. also i cant reinstall osu, appears error "There is a problem with this installer package".

There is probably an error with the installer package,
Try downloading it again and installing that, if that fails try updating your windows installer version.

I'm having this same problem too...
What... is the error..?There is no error, the program just fails to start. I double-click, it tries to start, but then crashes. No window, no error, no nothing. Very spooky.
