If you press SKIP too fast the vid will just freeze. Can that be the problem?

This map has been deleted on the request of its creator. It is no longer available.

"Check your codecs" is an obsolete message, seeing how osu! now completely uses ffmpeg as a library for all video decoding.
What peppy has asked is that people report maps with incompatible videos per-case so that a BAT can reencode them.

This error shows up at random times for me, but all of the videos work if I close osu! and re-enter.
Is there a thread where you can report maps whose videos don't work?

This one says "playback failed check codecs" (even stranger, there is no .avi file in my folder, and since I got it from the beatmap packs, I know it's not a no-vid version).
but then if I attempt to play *any* map with video after playing this one, osu! crashes.
