I think this'd be quite a useful mod.
Basically, if you go below 100% you fail, meaning you MUST end with an SS to pass.

I'm pretty sure this has been suggested and denied before.
Besides, it's quicker to middleclick/esc-retry than it is to wait for the screen to show up after failing sudden death anyway
