Normal - Most things were changed, I don't really intend to make this fully newbie-friendly, because it's a Normal.
Hard - Black changed to a dark grey, the slider changed to normal notes. (eh, I liked it, but you have a point)

It's great, I just can say suggestions
In normal, at 00:53:061, I'd either silence the spinner and (2), or add a whistle at (1). And in Hard, at 01:12:025, I'd remove (1) and add a new combo at (4).

That's just me, I like the way it's now. Star!

This is a very good map, all of the following mod are suggestions just take what you like and ignore what you don’t :D

Normal:

00:08:016 (5) – This whistle doesn’t sound very good imo, you could put this part in “soft”. + whistle.
00:14:052 (3) – Reposition this so it doesn’t land on 00:15:043 (2) – make a symmetrical triangle in the upper grid instead?
00:21:034 (2,3) – I wouldn’t recommend having these two sliders at this angle since 2 is longer than 3 it looks odd, but its not a major issue, you could position 2 vertically just above 3.
00:49:097 (1,2) - ^ Same thing but less noticeable here.
00:51:034 (3) – Maybe place this diagonally opposite 2?
01:13:061 (1) – New combo for color contrast.

Hard:

00:06:056 (2) – This overlaps on the slider slightly, not a problem but looks a little messy.
00:46:034 (1,2) – Not symmetrical with 00:46:079 (3) –

This is just a general statement about the small sliders such as 00:58:095 (5) – you could use two beats here in particular instead it looks a bit neater imo. You could alternate between sliders and beats where it looks best.

Insane

Reduce the difficulty by 1? That still puts the tick at 8.

00:04:006 (1,2,3) – The distance between these is rather short, this might annoy people.
00:04:052 (4) –This is being extremely picky but the slider at 00:08:016 (6) – is shaped better imo, you could use that shape here.
00:08:016 (6) – Make all lines straight on this slider (the vertical one is the one that caught my attention)
00:14:097 (1,2,3,4) – Same thing about the distance between these, it really messes with accuracy.
00:16:011 (2,3,4) – Why is the distance between these shorter than 00:15:012 (2,3,4) – when they are the same length on the time line? Not sure if this was intentional.
00:14:052 (5,2,3,4,5,6,7) – You could arrange this placement better by putting 5 in the same line as 4 (vertically) and having 6 and 7 symmetrical with 3 and 2. You may have to alter other combos if you take this placement.

00:22:070 (1) – Too many repeats? You could map triplet streams here after say 4 repeats.
00:41:011 (3) – Looks better vertically straight or horizontally straight.

General: Add 1 or 2 seconds of lead-in. Not necessary, but I think it would make it better.

Normal:
There is really nothing wrong with Normal, mapwise.
I would like to make some recommendations though.

There were some parts that seemed a bit hard for Normal, like:
00:44:006 (1,2) - Too quick for a beginner
01:11:079 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Maybe too much? I may be severely underestimating the capabilities of a beginner, but it's still something to think about.

Also, I think you could increase overall difficulty by a tick or 2, seems more fun a little faster, and it is still fairly easy.

Hard:
There is something wrong if I can S rank at 99.7% on sightread. You must make this harder.
Maybe you could consider turning this into Normal+.

Points of noticeable ease:
00:04:006 (1,2) - It feels really empty between the two, and this is a hard map. Should at least sound more like 00:44:006 (1,2) -
00:14:097 (1,2) - ^
00:22:070 (1,2,3,4) - Make this a spinner?
00:29:052 (1) - Make this into multiple notes?
00:32:070 (3) - ^
There is probably more if you look at it. Otherwise, this is fine too.

Normal: Fixed the first part, decided to leave the second part as-is.
Hard: Eh. I make easy hards, generally. I'd rather leave it how it is.
Insane: HP drain can go up a chunk, I don't really like small circles.

If you really feel like cymbal crashing, find some softer cymbals. :D
