Issues have been fixed so I'm bubbling. Please examine timing before ranking, whoever. But I'm pretty sure the timing is okay since Cyclone worked himself to death on it.

01:00:56 (3,4,1) - This looks like a stack of three circles that are each half a beat apart from the other, while actually the third one is 3/4 of a beat away from the second. The approach circles look too similar to tell, and players are too used to evenly spaced stacks on the timeline. I'd suggest you unstack the 1.
Make whistles quieter.
