*Yes.

Timing: 9/10
*Good. I have yet to go in greater depth as for as the timing of the song goes.
*Also, use more inheriting for BPM adjustments.

Spacing: 9/10
*A couple of minor inconsistencies, but overall, good. Love some of the jumps and sudden BPM changes.They fit very well, in my opinion.

Difficulty: 10/10
*Good.

Visual Apperance: 10/10
*Love the storyboard. :P

Sounds: 9/10
*I thought that some of the sound patterns were genius.
*I expected some claps in the soft section of [Ryugu Castle].

Overall Rating: 9.5/10
*Great Beatmap. This makes a great addition to my list of favorites.

I thought it was alright, but the main problem is the lack of clap sounds in the soft section. I really expected some of those in places like 04:02:97 (2) - [end slider point], 04:13:98 (5), 04:27:93 (3), ect.

[Majin Castle]
Love it. I really liked some of the jumps and sudden changes of BPM, but watch out for other mods that might not agree with me so much.

[Underworld Castle]
This one, too, is pretty good, though the sounds may feel a little empty, perhaps?

And again, please forgive me of my intensive pickiness. I'm just trying my best to give this map a good polish and help in to achieve maximum quality/awesomeness, since I really like this beatmap so much. <3

I'll go into a lot more depth into each of these sections later. Edo Castle, I am done with at the moment. ;)

Ok, there we are, it took a bunch of time to rework and nazi-fix this map. :|
All time sections are inherited now (except the necessary ones on song change), kiai time is added on all parts and hitsounds are improved for a more consistent overall appearance. Hope you enjoy this map. ;)

Thanks for your offset, I will wait for some other modders/bats to recheck this offset since I cannot tell if it's perfect.

Fix the first point and I'll RemmyBubble.
Having each part a single difficulty was intentional: In the actual videogame there are 5 castles, the last one is a "remix" of the previous 4. So I simply adopted this idea to this map.

Concerning the combo burst image: Sorry, but I don't know which size is supposed to be proper. :oops:

First of all, Dream Castle is the same as the other Castles put together.
Maybe you didn't notice, but this map is supposed to be a marathon because of Dream Castle (10 min playtime). Same as on James' DDR marathon I separated the parts into single difficulties, but rather because it suits the videogame this map is based on.


About 1/4 beats and BPM slowdowns:
The slowdowns are not hard to play (compared to sudden speed ups) and fit into the map imo. The reason they are more frequent in Majin Castle is probably because it's a castle in a ghost/graveyard setting, so some dirty traps fit well.
Putting 1/4 beats on parts where the song doesn't have a 1/4 isn't that wrong imo, it creates a rhythm.

About hitsounds:
Except Edo Castle I put hitsounds on all parts, or at least fixed it. I tend to put a basic consistent rhythm either with claps or whistles (in case I don't use claps like in Underworld Caslte) and fill the gaps with other hitsounds. Usually I use finish sounds very barely, it just don't really suit to be used to create a real sound pattern, rather to emphasize some few important beats. I'm not good in music related stuff in any way, but I can tell what I like to listen to and what not, and I think the whistles you criticized several times are supporting the song.

About jumps and spacing:
You should've seen the map before I nazi-fixed it myself. the jumps on Majin Castle were reduced considerably. I also don't really get the reason you pointed them out. They're not beyond possibilites and quite fair.

About this map and modding:
I use to think a lot about how I create my maps, you can call me a nazi-mapper. This is by far the map with the most time effort I ever had, and I'm not talking about the pending time. While fixing I was very carfeul not to touch the other mappers' style too much (e.g. your symmetry suggestion on Underworld Castle). It's not perfect symmetrical, so what? That's how the mapper decided to have this. Furthermore I really question the need to snap beats to each other or fix the overlapping after a considerable time distance, since the first beat is usually not visible anymore.


Anyway, I did change some things you pointed out, thanks so far, kudosu for you.
Btw: Maybe you should be a bit more careful about a map's style.
