Offset:: 208 (give or take a few ms in either direction depending on who you ask)

in the simplest way possible, the offset is the time in ms from the very start of the song (0:00:000) to the time when first downbeat (the first beat in a measure) starts (in this case, 208)

does that make sense?

That makes perfect sense! I didn't have a clue what it meant because everything is just "Put it here, put it there..." and never really explained why. Thank you so much for that!
