Problem with experience [duplicate]

In general, I do not get experience points when I finish a song. When the profile is "Never Played".

Experience points? Do you mean Performance Points? You have to at least ranked #500 on a song to get a PP

he meant that he can't level up in game and this is still showing in his profile:

(as you can see in his history- he played few rankeds)

And his level is still at 0, despite that he already played several ranked maps. Weird...

Try to still earn 500+ on some place Beatmap. Maybe it will help.
