New mods Vertical Flip and Horizontal Flip for standard mode

As the names suggest Vertical Flip turns maps upside down (similar to one of HR's effects) and Horizontal Flip switch left and right. My main use for these mods would be to increase replayability of maps.

lets be honest, this probably wont make it into osu but rather lazer if you can support the code to ppy
