I think a reverse mode would be very cool!
When you steer your pen/mouse/etc to the left, it would go to the oposite direction!
Am I the only one who thinks that would be nice?
(PS: sorry for my broken english)

It's not a difficulty increase or reduction, so it doesn't fit with the current stable mods. However, Osu!Lazer have his own modding section allowing to create thoses weird mods for fun, so this request should go there.
