HP Drain and OD is a bit low for Insane diff.
Since there will be a problem in star rating when change both of them to 7.
So I suggest HP 7 and OD 8. After this, score will be increased.
Or at least, increase OD from 6 to 7.

Finally I'm back from my trip. Here's a little mod.

- Hmm, my first impression for this map is, the music is quite light but the patterns are too heavy. For my preference this is a bit overmapped but if it's your preference, whatever.

00:00:582 (1) ~ 00:06:703 (2) - Try giving some 'composition' here. Currnetly same beat is repeating but it is intensifying, so making patterns like that too. (For example, d d dd d d dd --> d d dk d d dk --> d k dk d k dk. This is just an crappy example so you need to think about how to apply this exactly.)
00:09:153 - It would be better to remove this useless barline... Whatever, this requires another uninherited timing section so it might cause problem so decision is yours.
00:10:300 (2,1,1) - I prefer 'dd k', following pitch of sounds.
00:11:601 (1) - I don't think this big note is necessarily being big note...
00:12:673 (1) - Same with above.
00:17:418 (2,1) - ddk might be better since you used ddk for similar guitar sound in 00:16:959 (2,3,1).
00:51:397 (1) - This isn't the part that is really significant for big notes... At least I think. Vocal is in 01:00:887 (1) but this big note is killing this. Or just remove 00:51:244 (2) to emphasize the end of vocal more, like 01:10:989 (1)?
00:57:673 (3) - If you are put this following vocal, it would be better to shorten this for 1/2 beat? Currently it feels too 'sticky' to the next part.
