When modding some maps, I'm seeing tons of problem like this :

It's the problem with ISP caching thumbnail images. You can see that the non-cached version of thumbnail image is already updated. You might as well give it some time.

A full submit will only fix cases where the mapper has forgotten to full submit after changing something at their end (ie. adding a NEW background). It will not help update cached web-side thumbnails.
