Hmm I think you put offset in wrong place of beat i think heavy beat should start here

** this one is not effect gameplay but effect pulse osu icon in song selection mode ( this is important to rank to )
** and next i think your offset is close to perfect but i get +8 form you. so think offset should 1160+8 = 1168 (at least plz fix offset position )

there are some place that can be put cymbal hitsound like 01:58:233 but I think you intention to not use it. if you want to let me mod cymbal sound told me again then,
