I'm sorry to say this but your timing is completely wrong, it makes the beatmap near unplayable
You should try this
BPM : 150
Offset : 1899 (To be checked more)
And I saw you used 1/6 on insane , that is not good you have to use 1/2 , 1/4 and rarely if needed 1/8
With that you will be able to map correctly and the result will be playable .

hi more general things :lol:

- There are two OSB files, delete the one titled "Sakakibara Yui - ANGELIC DESTINY (Doraton)", and make a Full Submit
- your BG pic is currently 500 x 375, make it 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768

just in General

you adjust the offset and BPM so all note not in needle.
you can use Resnap All Notes
and adjust some circle and slider
if you all fix. I could mod again.

00:40:499 (1) - shorten this slider in 00:40:899 - and add circle in 00:40:999 - and 00:41:099 - ,and then 00:41:299 (2) - move to 00:41:399 - and remove 00:41:499 (3) -
01:29:899 (1) - remove? and add spinner end in 01:33:099 - (add finish in spinner)

In my opinion,your arrange still a little irregularity.
I think you can see more other people map which is rank. That can help you more.

  1. The current offset feels pretty early, also my test play gave me this offset: 1920 (+21 on current)
    Check the mod first, Ill give my suggest on current timing
  2. The BG image dimensions should be 1024x768 current is 1 pixel less but since this is a rule you cant break it
  3. You have not custom normal hitsounds, use default normal soundset on those green timesections
  4. Use slider velocities on a razonable way
    right now [Insane] uses 2.0 SV
    > [Hard], [Normal] and [Easy] has 1.0 SV, man please are you serious? for an [Easy] diff is ok but when the difficulty rate increase the slider velocito should increase too, use 1.20~1.30 for [Normal] and 1.50~1.60 for [Hard]

your spacing/location of almost all notes seems random, I used to make this but I always tried to have a clean playfield, also almost all your sliders are streight, play moar with shapes of sliders

  5. 00:39:499 (3,6,1) - you added that custom clap just for this 3 objects? use your custom moar constantly please, a clap on every downbeat sounds nice, dont know how you wanna use it though
  6. 00:54:299 (4) - many repeats, cant think on a better pattern?
  7. 01:02:699 - cant see the reason of this speed up, although is the chorus of the song there is no high speed section here, a kiai time is suposed to be the climax of the map, but this is just a speed up, you are not using different patterns, just the same 1/2 circle, slider
  8. 01:04:499 (1) - if you are going to use many repeats set all the sliders with repeats with the same amount of repeat arrows, like 01:06:099 (5), just have 1 repeat arrow, and as the speed got up player cant see rally how many repeats this slider have
  9. 01:30:299 - you can start a spinner from here to 01:33:099 or earlier
well, here is the main problem of the diff: random placement, repetitive rhythm, almost the same patterns on whole map, the off-topic speed up and unconcistant repeat arrows

[Hard]

well, that the SV is ridiculously low
  1. 00:15:699 (2,3) - Try that the clap pattern dont get break so suddenly, add clap to this 2 notes to avoid it
  2. 00:29:899 - well the break on [Insane] is moar long D: that is suposed to be moar harder and has moar score point, why you maked this so short?
  3. 00:40:299 (1,2,3,4) - are you following the vocals? cant hear what you are following here, or just are 1/2 notes?
  4. 00:42:899 (2) - simmilar as up, maybe move to 00:43:099 and remove the repeat?
  5. 00:49:099 (6) - simmilar as [Insane] use the same amount of repeats for all sliders
  6. 01:02:699 ~ the end of some sliders are unsnaped, see 01:03:699 (4), this should ends 01:04:099 (that red tick) but current is not on any tick

[Normal]

increase SV please
  1. 00:13:899 (3) - hmm exteend this slider, so it can be a 1/1 long and remove 1 repeat
  2. 00:15:299 (4) - move to 00:15:499 (1/1 is better to [Normal] difficulties
  3. 00:21:299 ~ oh the break start earlier

[Easy]

  1. Generally speaking, use 1,00x as distance snap on whole map
  2. 00:21:099 - oh moar earlier break
  3. 00:39:899 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - many circles in a row may be tyring for newbies, you was using some nice sliders after
  4. 01:22:299 (2) - dont use speed ups for easiest diffs x_x
  5. 01:24:299 (1,1) - many many repeats :o
  6. 01:30:299 (1) - oh use this spinner on the other diffs please

well, Ill suggest you this: look at the structure of other maps, or simmilar songs if you want, look how other mappers use circles/sliders not common snaping, silences between notes, jumps and streams
You will have a lot of job here
its a funny and interesting song and it can be mapped better and more beautiful of course

I dont really like the repetitive 1/2 of [Insane] and that speed up x_x
ant the other diffs are basically the same, variate your patterns and rhythms
