Normal Diff :
You should not use 1/8 beat snap divivor. Use 1/4.
Re-snap all your circles and sliders on white and red line.

00:17:877 add a circle.
00:18:283 : put circles like it.

00:20:314 : The spinner should start here.
00:24:782 : same ^

00:27:626 : put circles like it.

00:31:891 : add a circle and, put the others circles like it :

00:33:313 : The spinner must start here.
00:44:281 : The spinner must finish here.
00:44:485 : add a circle here.
00:46:313 : put cirles like it
