How do I change the audio bitrate on a beatmap?

I am creating a beatmap and the audio bit-rate is greater than 192kbps, and I was wondering how I change it. AiMod says "Audio bitrate is higher than 192kbps. Consider recompressing to CBR 192kbps or VBR ~1.0." Any feedback will be appreciated.

use any external software like Audacity or something. the tutorial could be found on youtube

The audio bitrate is not of the beatmap, but rather your mp3 file.

You need to use something like audacity to lower it
