Grown as a mapper by Fontes' long-term mentoring.
Made up my mind to be a SV mapper right after playing Lude's Re/Im at the end of February, 2017.
Solely studied how to make good SV maps by analyzing, copying, and rearranging other mappers' SVs.
This map has my latest form of my SV mapping and patterns, which also means this one is the best map I've ever created.
Still, I hate this song, hate Camellia, and hate my mapping style which made me to spent 60 hours for this one.

A few final thoughts.

SVs: they are very well done, maybe a bit over done. Aim for medium-well, imo. I'd say, tone it down on the slower parts, as that way you can adequately emphasize the more chaotic parts, where the SV really feels necessary. I really like some of the SVs you had for the buzzing sounds though, they were pretty cool to watch. And maybe I'm just being super anti-SV, although I'm not trying to be ;w;

Pattern wise, I think you should probably take another look at your layering. From what I can see, it's a bit inconsistent and there's a few places with ghost notes that should probably be thinned out. Also, I'd argue that you overmapped a few places especially during the second half of the map, and you probably also suffer from patterns that mirror the first half. However, maybe I just don't understand how you layered the whole map, and there's something that I'm really missing. In that case, as long as you can justify how you layered things, I guess it's alright. I am curious, though.

Also you might want to keep an eye on how you use the 1/8th streams, and for what purpose. Try to stay consistent, and keep in mind that it might not be rankable to use the 1/8ths on a buzzsaw-sounding synth.

Overall thoughts: Good map, I think for the most part it fits the song, however sometimes it goes a bit overboard with both SV intensity, as well as pattern density. Tone a few of those down, maybe iron out some inconsistencies, and you should be good to go.

A few final thoughts.

SVs: they are very well done, maybe a bit over done. Aim for medium-well, imo. I'd say, tone it down on the slower parts, as that way you can adequately emphasize the more chaotic parts, where the SV really feels necessary. I really like some of the SVs you had for the buzzing sounds though, they were pretty cool to watch. And maybe I'm just being super anti-SV, although I'm not trying to be ;w;

Will try to tone down a bit. Especially for 03:56:457 - ~ 04:35:087 - this part.


Pattern wise, I think you should probably take another look at your layering. From what I can see, it's a bit inconsistent and there's a few places with ghost notes that should probably be thinned out. Also, I'd argue that you overmapped a few places especially during the second half of the map, and you probably also suffer from patterns that mirror the first half. However, maybe I just don't understand how you layered the whole map, and there's something that I'm really missing. In that case, as long as you can justify how you layered things, I guess it's alright. I am curious, though.

Still, I'm trying to make patterns more consistent / simple / acceptable for every players but this is my first time to map full of jumphands. me noob

Also you might want to keep an eye on how you use the 1/8th streams, and for what purpose. Try to stay consistent, and keep in mind that it might not be rankable to use the 1/8ths on a buzzsaw-sounding synth.

Overall thoughts: Good map, I think for the most part it fits the song, however sometimes it goes a bit overboard with both SV intensity, as well as pattern density. Tone a few of those down, maybe iron out some inconsistencies, and you should be good to go.

there is clear line between fun and playable. In my opinion the sv just... too.. much... and some of them reduce the playabliity. I suggest you to remove some and reduce bump speed, kinda hard to see and interpretate the snap

Those SVs were much stronger at first but since lots of modders told me to tone those SVs down a bit, I think I should keep it :(
