You can infact, rearrange these circles without regards to their combo numbers just to make them look nice/cleaner. ( a good idea is using shape that's easily recognizable like triangles)

00:17:983 (2,3,4) - stacks under slider tend to not go over 2 because anything higher than that will confuse the player. I suggest you simply make them spaced stream after the slider end changed
00:18:336 (1,2) - objects being too close to each other can look bad as well, space them up a little.
00:34:042 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - this stream doesn't line up with the direction the previous stream was going. You should make it circular. feels fine during gameplay. It follows the direction you are traveling as you exit the stream.
00:39:865 (5) - this slider is held for too long. If you notice at 00:40:218 - there are new sounds being played you should stop the slider a bit before that and map the new sounds instead. my suggestion on it http://i.imgur.com/ENQq7na.png changed, slightly different pattern used though
00:47:806 (8) - these sliders are simply unacceptable for the ranking criteria changed
Check your AiMod, one of your sliderend is not snapped. You can fix this by go to Timing panel on top of the editor then select Resnap All Notes .
You should apply what you think is better for your map to other parts of the map as well.

01:25:394 (6,7,8,9) - the beast should be more intense than the circles without beats. No emphasis here yeah wow emphasis was totally wrong in this section
01:28:747 (3,4) - shouldn't be here, stream starts on 01:28:924 (1) - . You can't just slap NC here and no visual and rhythmical change lol gg me
01:37:042 (7,8,1) - plays bad, you shouldn't end a stream into singletaps with same spacing and direction think i fixed it
The map looks really unpolished. you have few ok looking patterns like 00:34:747 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - but even those could use more polish. Your rhythm and spacing emphasis are ok but it'll be hard to get mods to improve them when you have glaring aesthetic issues stealing the attention of modders
Just for example, you could improve 01:19:218 - to 01:28:747 - a ton by putting 01:20:100 (9) - on a red anchor of the slider, 01:20:277 (10) - under 01:19:483 (4) - so it's kinda symmtetrical with both sides of the stream, blanket 01:21:336 (1) - into the last curve of the big slider, make 01:23:100 (7) - form a triangle with sliderhead of 01:22:747 (5) - and sliderend of 01:22:924 (6) - , maybe stack 01:23:806 (3) - on something in the previous pattern, making sure 01:23:806 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - has even spacing and is actually a perfect circle (by converting a slider into circles), putting 01:24:512 (1) - sliderend exactly in the middle of that circle, again putting 01:25:747 (8) - on a red anchor, same with 01:27:159 (3) - (blanket also possible), 01:26:983 (2) - improving the blanket, spacing these 01:27:336 (4,2) - from each other and finally 01:29:189 (4,5) - making the slider follow the direction of the stream or at least be consistent with the sliders after.
That wall of text are suggestions for 10 seconds of the map that don't change flow, emphasis or rhythm, just slight position changes that would make the map look better and play pretty much the same. It's not really feasible to do that for the whole thing.
You need more mapping experience. I really don't recommend trying to get serious GD's right now or going for rank. Take a look at some newer ranked maps to see how they make stuff look good and then look at your own map and try to fix these things. ofc getting mods is still helpful

I'm bad at modding Hards as you should see, the rhythm you follow is ok considering this is a song with a lot of things to choose, many issues were blankets wich i think you can recognize by yourself Thanks a ton for the mod! Really appreciate it, and it'll improve my mapping. I'm not good at anything below Insane xD.

Cool song, great rhythm choice, some parts were a bit uncomfortable to follow but you lack experience so keep mapping to improve those things, try to focus on your object placement (spacing and when to put a slider or a circle) and making your streams and blankets pretty!
