Problem Details:

The client updater isn't filling up all the way, it'll get up to say 23% pretty quickly then immediatly say its not connected to the internet and then try to start downloading again please help

I assume you aren't running anything that could conflict with your PC's network such as a VPN or proxy server. However are you running any anti-virus or other firewall software?

Can you ping to the address irc.ppy.sh. If you get a reply back with 4 sent and 4 received packets then I'll try to determine a possible fix.

Have you got the latest .NET installed?
