Problem Details:
I have a local ranking, but there is no world ranking in Don't say lazy(full ver.)

This map? Maybe, you just have to update or re-download it, the map is in LOVED state now.

All global rankings are still intact, so I wouldn't assume that to be the case
Does it apply to the Tag4 diff, or all diffs?

Make sure the map is properly updated. There will be a little "Update Map" button on the left.
