I got a full combo, like legit. I even watched the replay in half time, still don't see any problems. But the game says I'm one note short. Tf?

Sounds like you missed a sliderend. You may have hit every note, but it doesn't technically count as a FC.

Missing a tick on a slider is still considered as an FC, as long as you didn't break your combo.
You will still get your PP as if you actually FCed the song.
