Well I have some free time this days so I uploaded some videos how do some things.(they haven't sound)

This videos are most like examples, but they can be useful.

I'm pretty sure that people aren't going to want to download 100MB video clips, so you'd be better off uploading these to a video site like youtube. I might check one of them out later, though, if I'm not lazy. :s
