reinstall the song

Make sure to set osz files to open with osu. Download one, and save it locally. The right click, open with... Then select osu

If it's still not working, try manually moving it to the osu! Song folder.

You moved the location of your osu! installation. You will need to tell Windows to open the program at the location you moved the folder to.
