[resolved] SliderTicks arent influenced by "Samples match playback rate

Problem Details:
First of all, sorry for title, but it didn't fit otherwise

With the option: Samples Match Playback Rate under Audio in Song Setup (editor) something weird happens
All samples, hitnormal/whistle/clap/finish play normally, okay not really normally, they are lowered in pitch, see This thread
However, the slidertick still has the Original speed/pitch, even at 25% which is really weird

How to replicate
Go to editor
Songsetup --> Audio --> Samples Match Playback Rate
Apply some hitsounds to objects, when playing at 25-75% they'll be distorted
However, the slidertick is not.
This in particular is really annoying if you're using sliderticks to hitsound claps which aren't mapped

Issue(s) in this thread have been addressed by the following changes:
  1. Allow slider tick playback rate to be changed. (TheVileOne)
The changes will be applied to builds newer than b20150902.4cuttingedge.

Please follow up in this thread if you believe more work needs to be done to fix the mentioned issues. If they have not yet been resolved, please provide any new details that may have arisen after this build.
