Ok, you can do this with just one timing section:

357 Offset
160.00 BPM

Orchestrated music is hard to time by ear, so I can only go off of what I get by actually playing the map. I can SS the map with the above timing (except I missed some jumps):

I'm not sure about the ending (from 03:12:357 to the end), that part might need +25ms or something, I keep hitting it late.

Also, for your parts with different slider speed at 01:58:655, if you wait until the next public osu! release you'll be able to do this without using more red timing sections (so it really will be just one timing section then).
