Problem Details:
I want to map a 13:09 minutes song but when i finish editing the artist and title, etc and press ok, and put a fake bpm. the song starts at 00:00:00 (outro as the editor said) then ends in -00:01:000 (intro).
I check the song and its working fine,
I check the filename of the song if the name is the same inside the .osu and its the same.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20150527cuttingedge

Does it work for other songs? Try another normal length song and an extended length song.

Can you scroll through the timing?

re-encode the .mp3? It probably fails to read it properly.

Try redownloading it. What is the size of the mp3 anyway? I think it was a corrupt download.

If you are using some dodgy youtube to mp3 converter, that might be the problem, some of these provide badly encoded mp3s.
You can forum PM me and I can try to re-encode it for you.

I got the mp3 using video2mp3. The size of the mp3 when I download in my laptop is 24.6 MB and its sounds is soft
And the size of the mp3 when I download in my cellphone is 12.6 MB and the sounds is loud just what I wanted. So I choose the 12.6 MB.
If it was a corrupted download I will notice the cut of the mp3. It's not.

Well, if osu! can't read the mp3 properly it simply can't read it properly.
Re-encode it (google it) and it should work.
