01:06:923 (1) - There's a beat inside this slider, i suggest making it a return slider.Things like theese are where you get star difficulty for insanes,
instead of wild spacing everywhere.
01:10:826 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Jumps feel a bit off, redo them.

It's not a bad insane, but try mapping every beat, and making the jumps flowier and easier to hit.
Some star patterns worked perfectly well tho.

Hi! From my queue. You have founded a very nice song to map so I'll willingly help out with your project. :^)

General

well. First at all. The song is well. And you guys have done an awesome job by mapping most of the diffs. So Congratulations! What I'm gonna pointed at are some suggestiong that Ranking Criteria suggests to get ready ro ranked:
  1. All the mapset should have the same Unhiretided timing point The red point ( at timing) in the whole mapset. This means that all the diffs must have the same red point. There's a conflixt with the Hard diff in the timing point.
  2. In the Thize's Normal is preferable to disable the coutdown because it brings conflicts with the other diffs.
  3. In this of ideas, you need an Easy diff because that should be the less level for playing this song. I can help out with this if you want.
  4. The Hard diff present some Kiai problems because the end os them aren't snapped to the timeline. Please, fix this.
  5. Also the hard should have the same SV change of the whole kiai time and you can realize this by the first kiai time. It has some sv changes that may be awkward for players who don't know really the song. It's preferable to do this in insane or extra diffs.
  6. In Thize's normal there are some unsnapped objects, please, snap them. Mostly in normal all objects are snapped and you can see which of them isn't by opening the Aimod. :^)
  7. Also, All the mapset should have the same colours for the objects. And I pointed at this because it's really important in a song to have the same colors for the hitobjects. So please, tell thize to use the same colors of the Adventure and hard diffs.

Thize's Normal

Well, what should i say. Instead of pointing little things out ill try to tell you directly whats wrong with this diff.

First of all, the quality. The diff itself barely has any quality, every cricle is overlapping and sliders are placed kinda randomly. Like this 00:02:534 (5,6,7)
It look weird and random. In the future you should try to avoid something like this since it looks ugly. In general, overlaps in Normals are not so nice since it can confuse new players. The only overlaps you should use in Normals is something like this. Your diff itself barely has any breaks and feels more like a hard instead of an normal. You should try to add more little breaks to let the player rest. Parts like 00:00:583 - 00:12:290 this or 02:05:461 - 02:17:168 are too hard for an normal. Its mapped like an Hard. The map itself would look better if you used a higher Distance between the circles so they wont overlap like that Try to let them look like that looks better and doesnt look so cramped. btw 02:17:168 (1,1) the recovery time is too short for an normal.
Overall your mappingstyle has potential since i couldnt see any sliders starting on an offbeat which is nice to play.

Hard

The same what i told you online, overall its not that bad, it just has quality issues and flow issues. In Quality issues i mean bad overlaps like this 00:09:851 (3,5) or bad patterns like this 00:48:875 (6,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) . You should try something like this looks nice and its cool to play. And this 00:51:314 (1,2,3) could be a perfect triangle by moving 00:51:802 (3) too 268/192 The flow itself is not the most important, but a map has to look good too. For example this 00:53:265 (1,2) would look better if both of them were blanket like this I hope you know what i mean.
Like i said, it needs a few improvements on quality and flow.

Marco's Adventure

This diff is the best in the mapset, but the same as in hard counts for this one too. Ideas of jumps are nice, but how it ended up looks weird like this one 00:49:363 (5,6,7,8,9) If you would have done it like this i'd be pleased by it, but like that it just looks weird.


This map needs a lot of polishing and getting it ranked could be really hard. Its not just the normal but all diffs have many problems which have to be fixed. And when a Map has many flaws, modders will skip it since it too much to point out. I hope this helped.

- The easy is of really good quality, make sure you put it to good use.
- I would cut the song in half, it's getting boring listening to the same music and playing the same patterns.
- You can use straight sliders as normal ones too, they don't need be reverse.
- You use the same patterns a lot, be creative.
- I can tell you did not put as much effort as you should in this mapset, you did not think of many new patterns, you did not check the flow 100 times and you did not consider the aesthetics (Blankets, transitions, overlaps).


Do not stop developing it, you will learn more and make it better. I am sure.

I'm not a big fan of vertical symmetry, but I'll try to constructively point out everything that doesn't work.

|Some blankets are off, either because of the slider shapes or because of slider positions.

In case of a symmetrical pattern, I marked both sliders. What you did wrong in your last modfix is to ignore the fact that a blanket is off, only because the other, symmetrical slider wasn't part of the blanket or because it wasn't mentioned. In case a slider border does not neatly line up with a circle's rim, your blanket is off. Try to see the problem for yourself and fix these blankets accordingly.

|Some NCs are weirdly placed. As a guideline, use the following rule:

Start NCs on new beats (4/1), a new musical period (8/1 or 16/1, but most likely the first one) or on SV-changes. Keep the system you picked throughout the whole map. This leads to following objects having a NC where it doesn't belong:

I think this was still solid.

|You have used several movement breaking patterns, which could be better if they were connected by a slider instead of "nothing".

I am talking about 00:32:778 (2,1) - , 00:36:680 (5,1) - , 00:39:607 (4,5) - , etc. These can be improved by using sliders that fill this gap completely. Everything will sound less empty, the movement will keep going and so will the flow, because patterns are then connected.

Example: 00:39:607 (4,5) - . What you do now is to simply extend 5 to 00:41:558 - , which is 1/1 away from your next object.

This will require a lot of rearrangements, but you will get this done eventually. You have to do this in order to keep your distance snap between objects consistent.

|01:14:729 (4) - I think this is a good idea (drum-whistle on the tail), but even though it is consistently used, it appears to be kind of random. What about using this every two periods instead of every kiai? (To explain what I mean with period: This is the actual temporal distance in which I would put those whistles: 00:23:509 (5) - - 00:31:314 (1) - )

This difficulty has a common problem of which I am sure that it also appears in the other higher diffs. When setting objects, you want to maintain a certain movement, a fluent way in which players would have to move their cursors. Best way of doing this is to imagine a circle which you follow either clockwise or counter-clockwise. This is given at some points (00:59:119 (6,1,2) - ) but then broken at other points (01:00:582 (2,3) - ), because you switch the movement direction so quickly that it doesn't even appear as what it is supposed to appear as. This means that the map is lacking flow. I am sure you will learn a lot more about flow in a couple of mapping attempts.

Another problem that I have found throughout Normal and Hard is the fact that clickable beats have been ignored, or, to be more fair, not recognized or found. Clickable beats are the most dominant background sounds. Basically all important drum beats are clickable. This means that said sounds should be stressed with the head of an object (specifically talking about sliders), not their tail. By placing a slidertail on those important audio cues, you fail to pronounce these in a way that makes your map appear less professional.

Basically, this resumé of the Normal also explains what is wrong with the other two difficulties. Flow issues and pronounciation errors in Hard, only flow problems in Adventure. Please contact me ingame if you want me to show you the objects that cause these problems, since it works better for me to tell you why they don't work in your map while being ingame.

Updated it. Flow issues should be fixed in Hard (if you find some flow issues, just post them)
Didn't fix anything in Normal, since I suck at mapping Normal anyway, so I'm looking for a GD.
