[Archived] Osu is not taking my highest score.

Problem Details:You see I've played this map https://osu.ppy.sh/b/477088&m=0 and got a very high score. But however it's taking my SS with only DT,HR,FL. However I have already achieved a higher score on DT,HR,HD,FL and it's not updating. This is very frustrating.

osu! version: 20150401.2 (latest)

the location to your file is for a "local directory". if i look that up, it will try to look in my computer for a file in your computer. you will have to upload the image to an image hosting site and give us the direct link to that image if we are to look at it.


also, if i remember correctly;

there was a thread before that was talking about this same issue.

i remember "veilstar" stating not to close your osu client as sometimes, it will take a while to upload a score.

i remember either 3 or 24 hours. i will need to find that thread (jeez i post alot)

Also don't close your client if your scores aren't submitting, as it will automatically try to re-submit scores that failed to submit for about 3 hours.
Furthermore check your profile under 'Historical'. If the play is in there it submitted. Otherwise it didn't (yet).

I've waited for already 28 hours. My score is still not updated? What now? You said it would. But it's not.

I did after 26 hours. Because the people on top told me to.

if it doesn't submit within 3 hours then the score is lost either way, nothing you can really do about them now

What a system then. I spent 1 hour to get that score. All down the drain.

If it doesn't specifically say it is trying to submit the score, then it wont submit. Usually the only way this notification will display is due to a connection issue. If it is not saying you have a connection problem, the next time you have this issue check the submission screen. Your score may have been invalidated.
