[Archived] Surface Pro 2- Osu! does not work

Problem Details:
For some reason whenever I try to load osu! on to my SP2, it always seems to make it to the main menu, then freezes. Do you guys have any idea what is/why this is happening?
Or how could I fix this?

Is NET installed onto your surface?

i may test this on the surface (1st gen) i have as well, will update if i ever do

What is "NET"? Just wondering.
