[Archived] Score Submission Failed (always)

Problem Details:

I can't send my score since 2 weeks ago D:
My connection is good i already check my connection
testing all of video games
there is no problem but when i played osu i got this problem

osu! version: 20150203.7 (latest)

Scores are submitted within 30 minutes after acchieving it;

Maybe your firewall blocked that action from osu, did you check it?

if his firewall was blocked, he can't log-in to osu `-`
so, try to relogin , restart osu, restart router/modem, if the problem still resist ask here account@ppy.sh

Already change router / restart modem
btw when i ping - ed osu website i got this problem

edit : i tried opening osu website with Internet explorer but it cannot opened
should i reinstalling my windows?
is my pc got malware?
